We owned a small restaurant. A couple years ago, our hood stopped working. We called A1 reliable. They came and diagnose that the motor was bad and that we needed a new one. I was working with Travis. That cost was nearly $7k Now a few weeks ago, just after hurricane Milton, our hood would not come on. We called the company and the first thing they said was that we needed a new motor again and that the old one was out of warranty. This is without coming to look at anything. That would have been another $7k hit for us. I could not believe that they would not come and at least look at it. We called an electrician that came immediately, he identified a part near the motor that was bad. I bought the part on Amazon and replaced it. Cost $700 So the point is: before you deal with this

Alex is going to be our only call , very trustworthy, explain the situation and gave me options. I called late and he still came and got us comfortable for the night. Returned the next morning and completed the job! Thank you Alex!
