A2 Septic Pumping and Drain Cleaning

If I could add 0 stars I would. They have terrible service. I put a request in 9 days ago and nothing. Then I put in an emergency request and finally got a call and they said they would get to my house 2 separate times and never showed up or called or anything. Not to mention it take 12 phone calls just to reach someone. And if that’s not bad enough Brendon finally drives out to my place and drives right by my driveway doesn’t even slow down and texts me saying “can’t get up and down that driveway safe” even after I freshly snowplowed and sanded it, he didn’t even try. My driveway was plenty good to drive up. Absolute disgrace of a business would not recommend. I will not be using A2 Septic again

A2 septic was awesome! We ended up having our drains back up and our toilet wouldn’t flush and found out that the overflow is leaking for our septic system. I messaged them through their website and marked that it was an emergency and within five minutes they had gotten a hold of me and ask some more details. From the time that they got in touch with me, It was right about 45 minutes and they were at my house. Brendon, the owner Was so nice and understanding about the whole situation. I will definitely use them again for all of my septic situation in the future! When I tried to apologize for the late night call, he said “Nope, this is what I do.” I would definitely recommend A2 septic to anybody that needs work with their septic systems!

Had an emergency pumping done and he came out even at 9pm. He didn’t just do the minimal either. Since our pumpout was 5 yrs after tank installation, he blast cleaned too to make sure we were in good shape

Best in the business by a mile. He knows how septics are installed which helps him understand how to maintain them correctly plus Brenden answers the phone at night so he’s the best option for an emergency.

Available 24/7, very responsive to emergency type situations & understands septic systems we well as anyone in the game. I highly recommend
