A2B Moving and Storage Virginia

I've used A2B twice and the first move was great and no issues. The second move this past July was horrible. The movers were late and inexperienced, to say the least. They didn't know how to properly move a couch up and down stairs. They damaged numerous walls with gouges and dented a corner bead in about an inch. They scratched numerous spots on the hardwood floors and steps. When I pointed this out to them, their response was... call dispatch and file a damage complaint. They didn't care and not even a simple "we are sorry for the damage." I made them stay there while I took photos of the damage. They didn’t even clean up all the chipped paint they left behind from the damages. This move was this past July and to date they have not fixed the damages. I was referred to Choice R

Let me just say wow!!! Trace is thorough and pleasant. I had a next day move scheduled. Trace (manager) asked for pictures of what I planned on moving so that the moving team could plan accordingly and bring what was needed. I was blessed with Nick's team, they were efficient and quick. I was completely overwhelmed with packing so they had to assist me with with the remaining unpacked items. All of my valuables were wrapped for protection. My items were meticulously placed when packed. Nick's team was quick, cordial and efficient. When my items were placed in storage they way these gentleman packed the storage unit... A2B moved a high-end grand piano for me from Virginia to New Jersey. This was a complex job that required extra insurance coverage due to the high dollar value of the item. Glenn, the owner of A2B, worked personally with me to make sure my insurance needs were met. Also, Josh on Glenn’s team was a true professional when helping to reschedule delivery after a snowstorm unexpectedly hit the New Jersey area on the planned delivery date. Glenn’s team took the anxiety out of delivering the 675 lb beast into my home - everything about this move was top-notch, professional, and handled expertly. From beginning to end - they delivered! When I was shopping around for a company, I spoke with Lisa who was well spoken, personable and very informative. She set me up and went over everything in great detail with me...she was awesome! The crew that arrived were nothing short of excellent! My lead man (Marco) was a pure pleasure and his crew was an absolute 5-Star team! I highly recommend A2B...honest, affordable and definitely hard workers!
