Dan was awesome! He installed my new kitchen sink faucet in less than one hour. He cleaned up my kitchen after his work, was so professional, explained what he was doing & made the entire process so easy! He arrived early, actually! This is the second time I’ve used A2Z (first time was to fix a toilet) & both times I experienced exceptional customer service, impeccable quality of work, efficiency, professionalism & the entire process was streamlined and simple. Not only could they get me in within 24 hours for a leaking water heater, Nathan swapped out my old for a new one in much less time than estimated. He showed and explained things to me first and made sure to leave my home just as clean as when he got there. I appreciated his friendliness.

Had Kaeden come out to service my furnace before the cold really started to stay. He quickly got to work and was also done very quickly. He was fun to talk to while he worked and was very knowledgeable, answering my question and also explaining things to me without me even needing to ask him to. Very satisfied with A2Z and will likely reach out again for my AC in the spring.

Travis did a very professional job installing our new tankless water heater. Was polite, courteous, prompt, and did a great job keeping us informed of his progress. Listened to our concerns and incorporated them into the installation.
