Highly recommend! Nicole and the EZ Floor team were exceptional! I was able to tell Nicole what I wanted, we did carpet matching at the house, and the carpet was installed with the goal timeline I had in my head! We will use this company again on our next project!

Just spent $5300 on carpeting before our move and the installer was rude to my partner when she was trying to get in to start moving things into the garage. Couldn’t be bothered to move his truck to one side of the two car driveway. We scheduled this installation in October and spoke with TWO different office people about our exact plan and they somehow both didn’t communicate that to the installer. After waiting around for a full two days without being able to move anything into an area they weren’t even using, we noticed the trim on the top stairs was busted. The very passive dispatch people in the office said the installer stated “that was already there”. The team at EZ Floorz, especially Nicole, were so easy to work with. They had ideas for flooring that we didn’t even think of. No matter your budget, they have you covered! Vaughn installed it and did a fantastic job!! We’re very pleased and will definitely be repeat customers!

We had a Great experience with EZ Floors. Kim was prompt in coming to our home to give an estimate. Our carpet was installed timely and they do quality work. I highly recommend them and plan to use their company again for our flooring needs.

I do not recommend for tiling in bathrooms. The installers cut into our door frame, left our house a mess, and it seemed like communication between project manager, installers, and us needed improvement. I do however recommend for vinyl and carpet, the installers communicated with us and left it looking beautiful.
