If you enjoy swimming in a frog-infested swamp and listening to nightly amphibian symphonies, then A2Z Pools is your guy. Otherwise, stay far, far away. Despite months of service, he could not—under any circumstances—properly balance the chemicals in my pool. It was constantly green and mostly unusable. I left for a 3-week trip to Europe, trusting my pool would be maintained. I returned to a full-blown ecosystem: tadpoles, frogs, and who knows what else. It was like the plagues of Egypt had relocated to my backyard. I tried reaching out—texts, calls, even smoke signals. Nothing. No response. No explanation. Just ghosted. The team did an amazing job rehabbing our pool floor and installing our new liner. Dave is so easy to work with. Quick, efficient and know their stuff. Highly recommend.

On April 19,2025 I contacted Dave at A2Z to install a new pool liner. Told him when it would arrive and please schedule me. And to give me an estimate. He did first estimate verbally was $12,000. No way, then he stated $7,500. The price to install a pool liner should have only cost around $3500. There was no response to my texting or voicemail. I emptied the water from the pool to help him. May 19th, he had not as yet scheduled me. June 3rd came and went. Told me that he would be out sometime that week. I wanted to know exact date. Then, he said I would be on the scheduled the week of June10th. He also patched the light that was an additional $300. Never told me the cost to patch it. price was not included in the estimate. Dave came out and patched a hole in my pool liner and my pool continued to leak. Son we just kept adding water everyday . We ended up draining it to and found several little puncture holes all around where he placed the patch. He do have a nail in his hand put said that was to find the original leak. So he charged me 500.00 to patch my pool and then said 4500.00 if I wanted him to replace the whole liner. And I paid him in cash the 500.00. So I believe he made the other punctures thinking I would pay 4500.00 for replacement… so I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company at all. And he also changed right in front of everyone from his regular clothing to his swim shorts. Very unprofessional

I had this pool company do some work for me and they we're on time. And we're very certious and did good work and the end of the day. I had a couple questions and very nice answerd them for future work great crew thanks 👍.
