A2Z Water Heaters

We called A2Z Water Heaters to get an estimate for replacing our ancient water heater. We scheduled an appointment and Fred and Joey came right on time. They looked over our old heater system and evaluated what would need to be done in order to bring everything up to code - our old heater was lacking many now-required upgrades! Fred went through the process and what the needed upgrades would be, leaving us with a written estimate as well as a folder with papers explaining each step of the process and what they would need to do when installing the new water heater. We chose a Rheem heater, which Fred recommended for our house size and expected usage. We scheduled the installation. On installation day, Fred and Joey arrived on time. I would give Fred and Joey 10 stars if I could. I had five estimates and they were all pretty much the same base price for install of a Home Depot water heater. Fred came out and gave me a very detailed estimate based on a thorough examination of my needs. He also uses a better quality water heater as replacements. My old water heater was over 35 years old, and there was extra work needed to bring things up to code and replace water-damaged drywall. Fred uses the highest quality parts and materials and takes great pride in a job well done. Son-in-law Joey works right alongside, and they were both great for answering all of my questions as they worked. Good company, good people (Angel handled all of the office end of things and did the permit and inspection scheduling), HIGHLY recommend!

What a great experience! I did a lot of research before picking a company to replace my old water heater. The reviews online about A2Z were all glowing and the real-life experience did not disappoint. Fred, Joey, and Angel proved that they're actively involved in a small family-run business that prides itself on customer experience. They explained everything, communicated well, provided all paperwork, set up the permit and inspection by the city, and consistently let me know that they'd be available for any issues or questions. They're all clearly experienced pros at what they do.

I called on Friday, they came out on Saturday to give an estimate. He had the replacement heater with him and installed it in about 3 hours. Fred did a great job installing our water heater. Brought everything up to code and took care of the permits. The city inspection passed with ease and the inspector says he knows Fred's work and he does a great job. I would recommend him.

a2z Water Heaters did a phenomenal job with replacing my old gas water heater. It started making a loud noise and I realized water was already running out, so I called a2z Water Heaters. I had seen great reviews on Nextdoor and figured that with "Water Heaters" in their name, they would know what they were doing. And they did! They came out in less than an hour to turn off the water heater and gave me an estimate for a new one (mine was very old). They also pointed out all the things that were out of date and not up to code and exactly what they would do to properly install it. They came back 2 days later to do the install (by then the garage floor had dried). The city inspector just left and remarked that this company does things "over the top" and took a picture of the company. T
