Mark Warren and JT did a great job. I love that Mark was all for customer education. He allowed me to watch what he and JT did and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Cleaned my extremely dirty ac coils and made them shine again! Answered all my questions and some. Great guys. 5 star job. Would not hesitate to have them back out for my HVAC maintenance. We had a great experience with this company. From the moment we called, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Steve, the technician who came to fix our AC, was outstanding. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained each step clearly, along with possible solutions. His knowledgeable approach gave us a lot of confidence. AA-Air installed a new unit for us. Chris came out and worked up the estimate for what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Zack, Jaron and Cara installed the unit. They were great, showed up on time, working efficiently and professionally while being very friendly and easy to communicate with. They left our garage cleaner than they found it. Cooper even came out to check on everything. He was great. We are very satisfied and would recommend AA-Air to anyone that needs their service.
