AA Atlas Plumbing, Heating, & Air

I recently dealt with a major plumbing problem when both of my house toilets became completely blocked. Since they back up to each other—one in the master bedroom and one in the hallway—I suddenly had no usable facilities at all. My usual local plumber wasn’t available, but they recommended AA Atlas. I called, and they were able to send someone out within a few hours. Damian and another technician (whose name I unfortunately can’t recall) quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the blockage in a short amount of time. They were efficient, professional, and courteous throughout the process. They even used a plumbing camera to show me exactly what was causing the problem. By the time they finished, everything was working perfectly again—and at what I felt was a very reasonable cost. AA Atlas

I just bought a house and had a sewage back up within 2 weeks of purchase. I had 3 different company’s come out and try to clean the blockage. None of them could fix the issue and one company even quoted me a ridiculous price to completely replace our underground piping. I called AA Atlas to get another opinion. Bryan from AA Atlas was able to fix the blockage within a few minutes and scoped everything with a camera to show me that the piping was not damaged. Completely professional work and very thorough. I would not use anyone else. 5/5 stars

AA Atlas is a class outfit, with inteligent, experienced and expedient HVAC and Plumbing experts on staff. Eddie has been servicing our AC for 10 years and the few times we've needed service Eddie has diagnosed the issue right the first time and has been able to fix it during a single service call. Their prices are reasonable and the fact that they retain their employees year over year is a testament to how they treat them and how they in turn treat their customers. AA Atlas is our first and only call for our HVAC needs in North OC.

I have used AA Atlas several times and they always are professional, timely and get the job done the correct way. I enjoy working with each of their team but I am fortunate to have worked with Brian the most. He is extremely knowledgeable, diligent and would highly recommend him.
