Loved our experience with Family Floors from start to finish. Every employee we interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. The installation crew were quick and efficient, friendly and informative. We could not be happier with our choice for this big upgrade to our home.

Knowledgeable salesman, helpful office staff. We had to make several calls to follow up on installation but staff was responsive and we're very happy with the new carpet. Installers were great!

Jamie and his crew were wonderful. They did a fantastic job on our floors and stairs. They cleaned up at the end of every day and were friendly and respectful. Justin, the project manager was there to answer questions and make sure the job was progressing smoothly. The office staff was just as good, calling after each day’s work to ask how it went and if there was anything else that we needed. I definitely recommend them for your flooring needs.

From start to finish, the project was extremely pleasant and stress free. I walked into the store on a Saturday (late in the afternoon) and Michael wanted to helped me. No complaint or attitude. Steve came by my home twice to measure, because I changed my mind. No compliant or attitude. The back office stayed in communication with me every step of the way And followed up after the project was complete to make sure there were no issues. Lastly, the installers came to work and they did a better installation than any prior installations. I would recommend them to anyone And use them again.
