AA Drain Medic

My basement drains were backing up from a clog to our lagoon. I attempted to break the clog but could not. Called on a Saturday, he arrived quickly and busted the clog. Great guys to deal with.

My husband called John about our plumbing problem and he was instantly rude to my husband. He insisted on us sending him pics of the issue via text, he did give a quick response on what he thought was wrong but never replied about when he could come out to fix the plumbing issue until 24 hours later after we got another plumber to come out. His diagnosis also overall wasn't correct, there was clearly more to the problem then what the photos showed that we sent him. Next time, he needs to actually show up and take a look at the problem and also respond to potential customers in less than 24 hours. He clearly didn't care to help.

I would recommend this company for any/all of your plumbing needs. John was prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, kind, and got the job done quickly. A++
