I recently had the opportunity to work with Hiatt Service through my job, and they did an outstanding job. Cole was great to work with and kept us informed throughout every step of the project. I didn’t catch the names of everyone on the crew, but I remember Austin—he was very professional and took the time to clearly explain everything. The entire team delivered quality work efficiently, all while minimizing disruption to our workplace. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and the results, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC work.

Cole, Austin and all of the guys are the best in the businesses. We have used them for several years and multiple projects and have been treated extremely well, have received impeccable service with the highest quality work we have seen. They have installed forced air gas, ducted mini splits, as well as dryer vent, bathroom fan vents, vent hood vents, entirely new systems, duct work addition, and service. Cole installed a new system in a home I purchased. I found them very easy to work with and responsive to my questions. Very pleased with the new heater and I hope the a/c works just as well when the time comes.

We were told by our long time HVAC Co. that we needed a new furnace for $5400.00 because they could not get the part that it needed. We called Cole at Hiatt Cooling and Heating he came out quickly, ordered the part and had our furnace running the next day. Thank You Cole!!
