We needed new smoke alarms in our home and wanted to get that work done promptly. Peter from AA Electric came out quickly and had 8 new alarms installed within an hour. Very reasonable rates as well.

Made an appointment with them for the next day for an outlet repair. About an hour after my appointment window I called for an update. Rene let me know that there was an emergency and he would get someone else out or reschedule. I was told by Rene he would reach out to me to confirm in the next 5 to 10 minutes. I never heard back. I sent multiple texts to Rene for an update the next day and received read receipts, but no response. I am not sure if he is the owner or a manager but the communication wasn’t his strong point. I made an appointment with a different electrician and I have received multiple confirmations on my appointment from their receptionist. It’s not that hard to send a simple text or just say you’re overwhelmed and can handle any additional business. Oh well.

Great customer service. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Showed up on time everytime. I had an all around excellent experience with AA electric. Peter and Francisco were awsume and answered any question I had. Highly recommend
