I’m big on functionality and communication when it comes to professionalism. When you give me a specific time, I expect you to show up. If I have to contact you for forgetting the appointment that you suggested, I expect you to show up on the next appointed time but you decided not to. Not showing up twice. Still no phone calls or text. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
