Mark was amazing! He fit is in for an emergency call. We ended up needing to replace our furnace. He did absolutely everything he could to get the old one going. The new unit was very reasonably priced. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and what he charged. Wish I could give him 10 stars not just 5! Thankyou!

I had a company who came into our home to diagnosis my furnace problem. I was told I needed a gas valve and their estimate was $1,200.00. After calling to get a price for a gas valve, I was told its $205.00. Hmm 😐. That told me I was going to be charged $1,000.00 for labor for what I was told would take 1 hour. I called the company and asked for a breakdown of their charges. Didn’t get one, so I cancelled my appointment. Luckily I was referred to Mark at A & A. He came the next day. He asked me if i really needed a new gas Valve ? I laughed, & said, so I was told??? After 30 min Mark said, you don’t need a gas valve 🤔. Mark showed up right on time. He was very nice and had my A/C up and going in no time. I was very appreciative and happy with his service. I will definitely call again if I have any problems down the road. I would highly recommend him to get your units fixed in a timely fashion.

Called late morning re a leaking washing machine. Mark arrived later that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem. What a pleasure to work with someone who is honest and doesn't try to up-sell you something you don't need, and charges reasonable rates!
