I was incredibly impressed with the employee service I received during my recent purchase. Rosy was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect item. She took the time to understand my needs and offered thoughtful suggestions. Her assistance made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase and grateful for their exceptional support.

Beautiful variety of stone! We bought stone veneer for our exterior walls and even found stone for our shower bench. Great staff too!

They used the technique of quickly removing the stones I selected before the scale stabilized, and then took the heaviest weight. Everything was done so quickly and skillfully that I couldn’t react in time to pay. My first purchase of stones and my second, which was only a week apart, saw the price nearly double, just because I bought fewer stones this time? Do they think this will increase their income? This is very unfair! This will be my last time shopping at this store. I’m leaving this comment to prevent others from experiencing the same poor treatment. If you plan to select stones here, make sure to ask for the scale to stabilize and request the deduction of the tray’s weight!

I gave up purchasing at 4 other places before purchasing 4 yards of rock and it was delivered full of dirt 2yards of rock and 2yards of dirt if I had to guess. BIG MISTAKE! I called and they gave me 184 dollar refund. 3 weeks later I am still having to wash a shovel full of dirt each time. I have tried pressure washing. Even built a sifter to wash out dirt. A job that should have taken 3 days with clean rock, has now been 3 weeks. Just think having to wash a shovel full at a time. How long it takes to fill a wheelbarrow full. I know they knew it was dirt in the bucket. Paid 460 dollars got 184 refund. Spending over 300 in water and if I was paying for labor I would be about 500 in the hole. So no I cannot believe a business would do there customer like this. But I have learned you CA

I am so pleased with the customer service and helpful employees at A&A. Even though they were busy, everyone took the time to help us get what we needed for our rather large project. After going to another local business to purchase the same items and being treated so badly, We were so happy to have found A&A. Liz helped us - she was very well versed in all products, so helpful and patient. We purchased patio stone, large boulders and a load of mulch. They will be my go to choice for mulch, dirt, etc. in the future!
