They came out on a service request for my home warranty for ductwork and a noise from my heater. The ductwork had debris in it (insulation and twigs). It looked like rodents nesting. The tech took a look and manually removed the debris stating that it looks like rodents, even showed me a spot that had rust, and stated that was likely urine. He stated the warranty company won't likely cover it. He then went to the crawl space and glanced in, did not go under, to say that its likely rodents. He then said he would do it for me privately and he could work up a quote. He did not get me a quote and proceeded to tell the warranty company that it is rodents. Not possibly, but definitely. He took pictures that did not show any rodents and I had just had the home inspected prior to purchase with no

AAA was sent by my home warranty company, Select Home Warranty, to inspect my AC when it stopped cooling. The technician was in and out quickly, claimed there was an unrepairable freon leak, and said he’d send his report to the warranty company. He never used any leak detection tools, didn’t test system pressures, didn’t do a dye or bubble test, and never opened the unit there were no visible signs of a leak at all. Despite this, his report voided my warranty coverage. I called AAA for clarification and never got a call back. I later paid Kennedy Fuel for a second opinion; they found no freon leak, only that the system was old and inefficient. AAA took the service fee, provided no proof, and never followed up. Very disappointing experience and poor professionalism.

I have had absolute air authority come out and service my HVAC system multiple times over the course of owning my home and I recently had absolute air authority install a new furnace and AC units. I personally know a little bit about HVAC systems and each time absolute air authority has come out. The serviceman has shown and explained to me in terms that I understand what was going on with the system and why a specific repair was needed. I would highly recommend absolute air authority for anyone in the valley.

AAA saved me!! almost 2 years ago they replaced my furnace with home warranty and last night the blower gave out. Seeing my furnace has a 10 year parts warranty I opted to call AAA instead of my home warranty company because I've not had great experience with Fidelity as of late. I would have likely spent more with them and waited a lot longer. My call to AAA was after hours and amazing Brian called me back within 15-20 mins of leaving a voicemail on their company main line. We talked, and he said I'll be there at 8am to look at it. Not only was he on time, he was early, he agreed the blower motor was dead, and by 1245pm I was back up and running and was not out a ton of money due to the part being covered by manufacturer warranty. This was awesome with the upcoming heat wave. Having no AC
