Very unprofessional, from office to technicians. Left us with a 1ft hole in the ceiling. Came for a basic kitchen sink snake. I felt like I was on trailer park boys when Ricky puts a handle on in the bathroom and tears the whole room down. The house is destroyed. Went from $325 to over $900. Asked to speak to managers from the technician and office staff both said there’s no person in charge. I don’t think this is a real company. If I could express better how badly this experience was I would. Here is a picture of the hole they left then tell us that’s not the problem. Garbage garbage garbage

I called them to clean our clogged kitchen sink, guess what they charged me $ 320 although their technician was not able to clean the drain, water was still backing up in the kitchen sink. I even resisted that you didn’t solve my problem. But he talked with his Boss and left with money blaming positioning of the sink pipes :( I end up calling another guy who charged $ 250 but was able to clean the kitchen pipe . It’s working fine now …

My drain was not making it to my septic tank so I was getting backup in to my basement. I called AAA American Sewer Service and they were at my house immediately. The plumbers are confident and experienced. They had me cleaned out and back to normal in no time. Thank you!!!!

Great company providing professional sewer, drain & cleanout services. Have been using them for 10+ years. Most recently had a kitchen sink clog in our brand-new renovated kitchen. Called them late in evening - they answered and said they would call in morning. They followed up as promised first thing in the morning - were professional (Joe and Joe Jr.), helpful and respectful of the fact that our kitchen was brand new. Highly recommend AAA American Sewer Services.

I had a sewer pipe cleaning service done 2 weeks ago and it backed up again. This is what I was able to pull out and actually clear my line properly. The techs also made a mess causing me to have to throw my belongings out. They deemed 2 weeks was acceptable for the problem to come back and offered no recourse for the mess despite me standing there telling the tech not to fully open the clean out, which he did
