Came to my business to repair a drum on our dryer. They got the dryer from running. With a few hours dryer stopped heating. The heat on the dryer was working prior to the repair as it was the drum not turning was the problem. Tech said the dryer should work forever after his repair. When we called them back they said they couldn’t help us as it was working when the tech left. Didn’t even bother to offer to come see if maybe something had happened due to other repair. It was quite an expensive repair. Not very good customer service! This was on 01/21/26

I want to warn everyone about a shady appliance repair company in the area. AAA appliance service. Our dishwasher started throwing a uo code back before Christmas “Bobby” came out and cleared the trap and declared it fixed they charged almost 200$ for this which is fine. On their invoice they say they have a 30 day warranty. The dishwasher ran 1 cycle and threw the uo code again. They refused to come back out giving all sorts of wild excuses. So they took our money fixed nothing and refused to honor their warranty. Beware AAA appliance repair. Not for nothing but I have stage iv cancer and am on disability. They know this and still took my money and fixed nothing.

Some of the nicest and personable people I have ever had work in my home. I’ve had both Bobby and Tommy out to my properties on various occasions and each time they have been extremely respectful of my space and professional. They have always been up front about pricing and provided different repair options when necessary. Will always be a loyal customer!

DO NOT work with this company at all. They sent a technician out who actually refuse to listen to the customer and knew absolutely nothing about appliances. He had a nasty attitude and was in a rush to get to the next customer. As I was explaining he interrupted me and told me he was not about to wait to see if bread cooked on top. I was only referring to toast. He did not know the difference between Celsius and Fahrenheit. I attempted to explain to him again what was happening with my oven and dishwasher. He finally informed me that I might need a panel replacement for the oven. I called the manager and spoke with her about wasting an 89.00 Service Call fee and how unprofessional he was. She stated she would talk to the owner and call me back. At this point, I'm still waiting. DO NOT us

Wow! What amazing service! I was having an issue with my washer and AAA was able to come out the next day. Bobby was prompt and extremely polite. He listened to my concerns and was able to fix the washer in no time and charged me a fair rate. He was even sweet and patient with my cat! I would highly recommended this company! Thank you!
