My HOA contracted with this company to improve our walkways at our townhouse community. There was damage caused by the workers. In my community there are both owners and renters. When I had confronted one of the workers about the damages, he said "don't worry, your landlord will fix it". My response that I was the owner and not a renter seemed to catch him by surprise, what would it have mattered? He gave me the name of the owner, Frank Murillo and assured me that he would fix it. On the day that I had addressed my concerns with Frank, the worker that I had met previously, told me, upon arriving home, "give Frank a heart attack, and that Frank is an A$!hole", so very professional. It took them 10 days for a 4 day job. The driveway looks like a roller coaster. They broke irrigation lines and an electric line and tried to charge to fix them. They didn't even have the finishing machine with them when it was poured, they had to go get it and by the time they got back the concrete was too set up to put a finish on it. Then they came back to cut the expansion lines and the center line is curved a foot off of the center. Stevie Wonder could have cut a straighter line. They are very unprofessional and tried to not pay their day laborers. They used a backhoe and sledgehammer to remove the old driveway instead of a jackhammer. I wouldn't let them pour a pad for a doghouse.
