Before the excuse of "might have wrong business" is responded here. EVERY bad review has same excuse but every good review doesnt. Respect your customers enough to give them an explanation instead of an excuse. Tony we have tried multiple times. initially came out and looked at our geothermal unit. fine great. you said the part was gonna take 3 days! i gave you a week called back! lady said o yes part didnt come in should be there tuesday. another week an a half goes by call again. lady says tony will be there tomorrow probably. nope. waited another week week and half. called and she said yes i gave him your info today he will be there soon. hopefully. ive had enough at this point.... i said well im giving him one more day and then imma have to go somewhere else. obviously here i am still

I am confident this is the same business, the guy I dealt with was named Tony. My experience was almost identical to another review. It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’m never one to leave a negative review, but this was a nightmare of a business to deal with. This business is very poor in customer service. We needed help with an issue with our geothermal unit in our existing home and Tony came out one time to assess. They were the ones who installed the unit. He then ghosted us after the assessment. Couldn’t even get a call back after several times calling over about a month time frame. Receptionist said many times they will call you back she has talked with Tony. Still no call from anyone. We gave up and looked for someone else as well. Mind you we had a brand new

We received amazing service from them! He came out very quickly, and found the problem right away. Very reasonably priced and our air conditioner was back to working same day. Very happy customers!

Used them recently due to the spouse calling the wrong # he thought he was calling central heat and air. Took them couple days to come out they had to order a part. So it was fixed within a week. Super affordable also. 👌 I looked then up looks like they been in business about as long as my dudes at central so I will give them recommendations when ppl ask me about heat and air guys. 😉

This business is very poor in customer service. We needed a brand new geothermal unit in our existing home and was ready to purchase. Couldn’t even get a call back after several times calling over a 2 week time frame as ours went out end of May. Receptionist said many times they will call you back she has talked with Tony. Still no call from anyone. We gave up and looked for someone else. If their work is anything like their customer service I’d run!!! I know they are busy but no call back in 2 weeks with several calls. This is no way to run a business. I’d look for a company who values customers as we were prepared to wait as we know their busy. Look for a company who values your business!
