Disappointed, let down. Existing customer, knowing I knew who to call for an expert job! Jokes on me.... only performs new installs purchased directly from them. When calling to schedule, had to deal with robot AI for them to call me on day of computer-confirmed schedule day to say that shouldn't have happened and they can't help me or make it to me this day. They suggested I call a handy man for my existing opener (I was very appalled at this suggestion). Very, very disappointed. Response to owner’s reply - I understand there is always the possibility of life and scheduling issues, life happens for everyone, it sucks and it’s hard. But you flat out denied service for an existing system not installed by you and offered only a new system install. You, Mark, told me to call a handyman… for

Tyler was great. My opener was installed by triple A in 1997. Started to have problems and called them. They came out same day and now I have a new garage door system that is great!

Prompt and professional. They installed my garage door opener 14 years ago. This time they replaced the rollers and motor. Based on my experience, I’m confident this will last. Also they were very friendly and helpful. Helped me setup the button in my car before leaving. I will continue to use them.

Fantastic service from this AAA team on the 4th! Called during the holiday and they rescued my EV cart so my family could enjoy fireworks around my area! I could not believe it when they responded so quickly on a holiday. The Employee Tyler showed up with excellent communication and professionalism with a real desire to ensure we were taken care of and also not just trying to sell product or service.
