Ken and Robert are two old school guys who get the job done right. They helped us with an unexpected emergency. As a first time septic tank owner, Ken made me feel confident and provided me with lots of education about how to care for it. I was so impressed with how fast they got us in and how well everything went.

Ken and Robert are the best guys in the business. We use them several times every summer to help keep the Septic Systems running at their best in the Ouray KOA in Ridgway, CO. If we have a major problem they are there the next day if possible. As you can imagine a campgrounds septic system see a lot of waste. These guys go above and beyond to make sure it keeps on flowing!

Typical Murpy's Law situation, late afternoon on a Friday and we are facing an semi-urgent issue. After several unsuccessful calls to other companies in the area, I called AAA Septic. Ken answered almost immediately, and was more than accommodating; got us onto his schedule for Monday morning. We were having to travel from 3 hours away to meet him and he stayed in contact with me over the weekend, and the morning of so that we knew exactly when he would arrive. Both of the guys on the truck were very courteous, helpful and informative, and more than happy to know they could help us so quickly. Obviously customer service ranks high with this company and not only will I recommend them any chance I get, they will be my first call if we ever need service again.

Ken came out on Christmas Eve to help with a septic issue we thought we had. He was able to unblock a clog and fix everything very quickly. Super helpful and was willing to teach us what to do in the future and give other helpful advice.

This company has excellent customer service from the office staff to the site crew. I highly recommend them. Their rates are good and they arrive as scheduled.
