Leon came out late Sunday night to assess the issue, and showed up Monday with equipment and his very capable son to help. He located the issue quickly, called a friend to pump the septic, and had us up and functioning up to code in the day. He’s professional, friendly, and extremely good at his job, whatever that job may be. He worked his rented track hoe like it was his own, which is impressive in itself. And, the bill was extremely reasonable, a fraction of the quotes we got prior. Leon isn’t just my plumber, he’s now family! Thank you, Leon and Austin!! He even built up the driveway since we shouldn’t have been driving there in the first place.

Left a voicemail for a water heater emergency and never got a call back. They use AI for all of their local advertising, not sure this is even a real company. I would avoid. Definitely NOT 24hr service.

I called them last week because my toilet was leaking. I spoke to Leon. He was a nice individual. He told me he would call me that evening or the next day. Still no call back. I have tried calling a few times. Even had my husband call and we are now being sent directly to voicemail. If you didn't want to do the job all you have to do is say You don't want to or you are busy. I would have been perfectly fine with that. It's hard to get ahold of any delta plumber as it is. But communication is important.

Leon and Jack took on a hard job did it fast efficient and made it look easy Installed new sewer line to the cities pipe, removed and replaced concrete sidewalk, headers ,foundation, and slabs Passed all the cities permits 1st time Stayed under budget and we’re done in a very timely fashion as a contractor for 30 years in Florida. Leon was incredibly helpful. I called him late in the night and he was out of town on another job but the next day made time to help us out. He worked late into the night only to find we needed the outside fixed. He had previous jobs lined up that next day but got us in later that day and worked in 21 degree weather for hours to insure my family had sewer before Thanksgiving. It was a big job the required our back yard be dug up. He was friendly and exsplained everything we had questions about. I would and will reccomend him any time I see someone who needs a plumber. 10/10
