There is a reason this company has a 2 star rating and I think that is too high . Took 3 days to get a response for my backed up septic. Once they finally responded they told me they would be out next day and I was on 1st call between 8-930am. They no call no showed. Called several times to the office as I had taken off work to meet them. I was told yet again they were on their way. Every couple of hours I would call again and they would assure me some one was on the way. Then nothing. They also service my neighbors septic and he also says they are very sub par. Moving forward I will be looking elsewhere for a septic company, and you should do the same.

One of the worst companies I have ever had to come in contact with. We purchased a home whose previous owner used AAA for the past few years. Our home inspection showed that the septic and the equipment was in terrible condition and falling apart. As part of our buying concessions was to get the septic equipment repaired and the septic pumped. Nothing crazy right? The seller used AAA and paid for these repairs Oct 16th. We were told the septic company needed to order a new filter and it would be in a few days later and AAA was given our information and would call us when it came in. A few days after we closed I had not heard anything so I called and spoke to someone and was told they would call when the filter came in. A month went by and no response. I emailed, no response. I called and

Avoid them at all costs. I called them 6 times in 2 weeks each time Jody assured me that he would have someone there that day. It was like groundhog day same conversation same non result. They used to give good service. That is not the case any more. Call White Eagle water systems in Caddo Mills. Great service, somebody came right out.

This is the worst company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I’ve had a hose come loose on my septic pump. I’ve been trying to have repaired and so far it has been over a month. Still no one has shown up. I just renewed my contract and now in the process of trying to get my money refunded so I can shop around for a company that take pride in their work as much as they enjoy receiving your money. Each call is followed by broken promises and B/S!!! I couldn’t give this company one star. There’s no way I could recommend this company for anything.

Poor Communication & Slow Service I had a part wear out on my brand-new septic system, and while AAA Septic did cover it under warranty, it took them over 8 weeks to come back and make the repairs. The wait was incredibly frustrating, especially since they never answered the phone and didn’t provide any updates on when the service would be scheduled. To make matters worse, when someone finally did come out, I wasn’t given any notice—they just showed up without a heads-up. A little communication would have gone a long way in making this experience better. While I appreciate that the repair was eventually covered, the lack of responsiveness and long delays make it hard for me to recommend them. If you need timely service, be prepared for a frustrating wait.
