I have had trouble with my Commercial Hood for weeks. Happened to see a card in my mail about a cleaning. So I was like why not? These guys serviced me so quick and the communication was #1! Finally, a company in the restaurant industry who not only perform fantastic work, they go out of their way to support their customers. This is such an unbelievable change from the norm in this industry! So, we purchased a restaurant in November of 2021 and used the same company as the previous owner to perform the hood cleaning. We had an emergency as our septic backed up into our downstairs. Alan, the owner, had someone out at our house within 1 hour of us contacting him. It was a nasty job (sewage) and his worker, Joseph, was professional and cleaned with no complaints. The advised us as they were going along what they were doing and what needed to be done to complete the job. I would recommend them wholeheartedly! They were awesome.
