I don’t understand how this company retains any clients. In my experience, they are the worst HVAC supplier in the area. I’ve visited their location, completed an application to open an account, and followed up with multiple phone calls—yet I’ve never been able to get the issue resolved. Despite my efforts, they claim they can’t locate my account and consistently refuse to provide any assistance over the phone. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing.

Placed a call for a new battery. Was quoted a price and was told driver would bring battery with him. Upon arrival he had no battery and quoted me a higher price. ???? Sorry but I will go somewhere else . I do not like my time wasted and lied to. Would give a minus star if option was available.

I love it because they make you feel at home and their pricing is fair it seems like the inflation hasn’t changed them
