Adam and Tony were patient and thorough in targeting the issues for both appliance repairs. They are knowledgeable and efficient, but do not rush the job. They were available for questions and concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the service before wrapping up. They kept everything clean and even were conscientious of keeping the counters and other surfaces safe (put towels down for their tools on our new countertops) which is an extra level of taking care of the customer. Fully recommend and will call if any other appliance needs arise!

Wow! Adam was not only quick and efficient in the repairing of our fridge, but prior to that was very easy to connect with, communicate with and schedule the repair. Typically speaking hiring a repair person in the past has been more of a headache than anything. That IS NOT the case here! His number is saved in my phone for myself and my trusted clients!

Scheduled a date and time with warranty. Got a text from a non callable number with a different date and time that didn’t work. Rescheduled. Next day got another text with a different date and time. Texted back with no response. Texted again today (service day) and was told someone called off today and they needed to reschedule. So they just did it. Asked for a manager to call and for them to not send anyone to my home outside of our scheduled time and was told the were done arguing with me, that a manager would just tell me the same thing, and that they would see me later. I then called GE and scheduled another service provider and let AAA know not to come and that it was handled. Top notch company. Great response, polite, professional and they know what they are doing. Explained so much about how the oven works and why the board that went out caused the issues we saw. Have haf other apppliance repair guys and nobody comes close to the cystom service we had from Adam and Tim. Thank you so much!

Adam and his team did such a nice job on our dryer!! So kind, and more thorough than anyone I’ve worked with. Took the time to explain things to me, answer my questions and let me take photos to show my husband. They came out until the issue was solved. Would highly recommend!
