All-Pro Appliance Repair

On the initial phone call asking for a technician to come out on a Thursday and take a look at our dishwasher, we were told there would be a $150 fee whether they could repair it, or not. While we were hesitant, our technician, Kevin Royer, came out the next day and we were extremely satisfied with the end result. Kevin was incredible. He allowed me to ask several questions and he explained what he was looking for when he was trying to find the issue in the dishwasher. Not only that, but he drove all the way out to Blue Ash to pick up a replacement part and returned the same day. Kevin was friendly and professional. I highly recommend requesting Kevin if you call All-Pro.

This company came to my home and did not listen to me . The technician came and charged 69 trouble shoot my washer and I had already done . I explained and the lock latch needed to be replaced based on the error code that appears on the control panel that lights up and works . He instead told us it was the circuit board( control panel ) that needed to be replaced and we needed to throw the washer away because they no longer make the control panel . The control panel works and shows a code that means the lock latch needs to be replaced . I spoke with the supervisor and he called me back to say that he believed the lies of the technician . They did not offer to help me . I told them I bought a genuine Maytag part which was the lock latch part and they said that I needed to pay 300 in labor

I was told on the phone by Brian that the repair would be around $500. Today he tried to charge me $907.12 for 30 minutes of work. Installing a new panel on the washing machine. When I disagreed, he lowered it to $660.42. I call that a scam artist.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. Chris made sure he had the right parts and fixed our oven quickly and efficiently. He is personable and respectful, and even made friends with our dog. We would highly recommend All-Pro!
