I had an issue with my newly installed hvac system in our newly finished basement, where the leak sensor in the unit failed causing the blower to constantly run. I called action air afterhours and charles showed up to diagnose. Charles was courteous in the questions he asked as he began to diagnose the issue. Thru brief conversation he made me aware that my unit was under warranty due to it just being installed. However, the original HVAC company who installed it was not a company i would reach back out to coorect the issue( long story for another time). After diagnosing he told me what it was, gave me the price and said they would get it on order and come back to install. Once the part came in, a young lady within the company called me and told me it was in, but gave me a difderent price

So tech R.C. was at my yearly inspection today and he has done phenomenal job. He is a great technician and took his time to check everything then he explained clearly and thoroughly about few things that we needed to get done. He was able to replace a part right then. Also, he was very professional and knowledgeable and kind men. Of course, R. C made sure our system is running well before leaving. So this was great service, fair price and I highly recommend AAction Air to anyone needing service. Also, Katie at customer service was very nice and helpful with all my scheduling. When an HVAC company treats your emergency like it’s their own family’s problem, you write a review like this. Our heat pump stopped working late Thursday afternoon as temperatures were dropping, and with kids and animals in the house, panic set in quickly. We spent hours calling 11 DIFFERENT companies, begging for help, and every single one said NO. AAction Air was our 12th call, and they immediately stepped up. Allie from the Savannah office answered, and from the very first moment she was compassionate, calm, and determined to help. She jumped straight into action, routed our service to the Lithia Springs office, and stayed in constant communication with us late into the night (after 10pm and even past midnight). She answered every question, kept us updated, and never once made us feel

RC did a thorough and good job. He made me feel confident that my system will continue to work well for the rest of the winter and he changed my filter (the unit is in a crawl space and I am 77 years old). I have a service contract and this maintenance visit was part of that. I previously paid for the service contract so I only had to pay for the filter at this visit. Thank you, AAction Air.

R.C. completed my annual inspection today and did an outstanding job. I don't usually leave reviews unless the service is either exceptional or lacking. R.C. took the time to explain details about my unit that I wasn't aware of and share tips to help lower my heating bill.
