AA&E Construction Roofing LLC just completed a roof repair project for us. They did a fantastic job and we highly recommend them. Prior to selecting this company, we met with several other roofing companies. Erasmo was by far the best. Specifically, he was the only contractor who explained to us exactly what he was going to do and the materials he would use to fix our 36-year-old tired tile roof. He was also the only contractor who explained that the prior roofers had incorrectly installed the flashing and skylights. This previous roofer’s errors had caused extensive leakage and wood rot to the roof. Erasmo and his team fixed all the damage, replaced the tiles, and repainted the wood. The products his company uses are far more durable than those proposed by the other roofers. AA&E

They were on time, efficient, affordable and did a great job. Erasmo helped dissect another quote with some fine print about the warranty; which would have negates the warranty. It’s always a stress relief to have someone that does a great job at a fair price and you know you can trust.
