Justin and his crew came out to remedy some cracking and knocks in my basement walls that have asbestos but were previously sealed. They were extremely informative. They went above and beyond to keep myself, my children, and my pets safe with extra precautionary measures (tarping off the doorway to basement, sealing furnace so not get anything into the HVAC, etc). They carefully examined all areas and informed me of every step and continued to do so throughout the whole process. Once finished, they had another company come and do an air test before they left or anything was removed and during the process left a big machine down there that continuously cleaned the air. I had the pleasure of working with AAI on a renovation project that had lots of asbestos in just about every surface. The team from AAI came in and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the whole project. At the beginning of the project foreman Jonathan Theriault (JT) lead the operation working third shift for about 2 months and was prompt every night. JT communicated to me the areas they would be working on and gave me regular update on their completion timeline. This guy runs good crews and does great work. He can tear down buildings in the middle of a dense, downtown area and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the area as to not disturb the locals. AAI was recommended to me by a friend, and helped me quickly with a very urgent situation after I discovered old floor tile (complete with an integrated shuffleboard) under carpet in a fully furnished area. Cody quickly coordinated testing of a sample and confirmed it contained some asbestos.
