Arminco has been exclusively serving my condo for several years now. Several years ago we had them install a replacement hot water heater. We come to find out recently that it wasn't installed to code. In addition, there appear to be some other issues with the install. The mixing valve they installed - and is still under warranty - has failed. And, it is likely their shoddy work caused a leak that resulted in additional damage. That might be bad or it might just be a mistake by the individual doing the install. BUT they have been completely non-responsive. We were promised a call back yesterday but it never came and they still haven't responded.
