Communication issues regarding equipment requirements. The shipping department was confused about whether the load required tarping, which led to unnecessary delays during the loading process. Once they figured it out, the loading itself was standard, but they need better internal coordination on load specs before the driver arrives

Flatbed steel coil deliveries: look for building “W1” on S. MLK Jr. Blvd. It’s new so it’s a dirt lot on TruckerPath, dezl and Google Maps. The lady answering the S&R line directed us to the wrong gate. On a positive note they unloaded us quickly!

I’m currently changing an induced draft motor today. Here it is 11AM and I still don’t have the new draft motor set in place. The amount of work and time it has taken me just to get the old IDM out is ridiculous. I have changed numerous amount of draft motors and most of them have taken 15 minutes to change out. Out with old and in with new and done. This Aaon my friends, y’all have outdone y’all selves on making one of the most simplest jobs and turning it into a nightmare.
