Steve Port Jr provided quick, thorough, and knowledgeable service. He was attentive to the needs of my classroom, and took time to explain what he was doing and why. When additional problems elsewhere in our school came up, he responded and was out to provide additional preventative pest management in less than 2 hours. He is scheduled to provide follow up services, and told me to reach out if I need any additional support until then.
