Aardvark Pumping

I've never had an aerobic septic before and had no clue what I was dealing with. I called around and just the price to pump it was around $1000. I was completely defeated. A gentleman named Jose happened by that evening selling gravel for driveways and my husband mentioned that we really needed a septic guy more than gravel and we'll, he knew a guy! My husband called Larry and he scheduled an appointment. We knew the problem was going to be bad. We just bought this land and old trailer, which seems to need everything fixed. Larry pumped out twice what the tank was supposed to hold. The pump was clearly not working. Instead of just selling me a new pump, he got my old one back up and running. The wiring had somehow lost connection. The aerator was also not working. I'm on a super tight budg

Awesome guy. Was having issues and thought septic was full. He didn’t take my money. Said tanks looked good so had a plumber come out and fix clog.

Called and scheduled to have our septic pumped, he showed up in a regular truck and said he would be back in a couple of hours because he needed to go get the right truck, never came back and haven’t heard from him. Very unprofessional, went with a-ok septic and had someone out here in 2 hours and the job was done. Would never recommend aardvark to anyone.

We got Larry’s info from a neighbor that’d used him. Super nice guy. Definitely referring our friends to him.

We had an emergency septic tank pump out need. We were told by Larry he would show up between 10:00 am - 12:00 on a sunday. My husband waited till 12:30 and tried and called him to see if he is still planning to come out. He did not answer the phone. So, I called from my phone and he answered right away. I told him who I was and asked if he was still planning to come out. He said he was waiting on a part and he would not know more till 2:30. I asked him to keep us updated so we know if we needed call someone else if he couldn't do the job. We never heard back from him. He never returned one phone call. My husband left messages everytime he called him. My husband tried to call him again on Monday to see if he could come out, given him one more chance because life sometimes through curve b
