On July 22, 2025 I entered into an agreement to have this company install a set of stairs. I sent a deposit of $3050 by Zelle. The work was to commence on August 18, 2025. No one showed up that day to do the work. After numerous calls and texts I was advised the next day that the company had booked the work to start on august 25, 2025 by mistake. I agreed that they could start that day. On August 25, 2025 no one showed up and to date, which is August 29, 2025, no one has returned my phone calls or texts. Nor have they returned my deposit. I would never use this company.
