I've been using Bender plumbing for 13 years since moving to the village of East Aurora. Randy has always been quick to respond, professional, and a good value. Would recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would - had a leak under the sink and called this plumber from a recommendation. A lady answered and I let her know the situation - to which she responded "He's really busy, but I'll have him call you". Understandable about the busy part. Not a single call back in over 4 days now. Did the job myself, the next day after I didn't hear from them, so I guess 1 star is my thank you to this business for having me save some money. Reliability is not a strong suit here - definitely not recommended.

They are the best plumber's and furnace service company at maintenance, repair and installing! Once you call for any type of service will not want to call anyone else!
