Very fast and friendly service! We had an exterior door at our business that wouldn't stay latched and sealed. I called Aaron's Glass, was greeted by a friendly gentleman on the phone who said someone was in my area and could come now. That was great! David called to confirm now was a good time to come and came right over. He had all of the equipment, tools and parts on his truck and was able to fix the door on the spot. I am an easygoing person and get along with just about everyone. Except these people! We called for something very simple and they were nothing but rude to me on the phone. They could have simply said no sorry we do not do that. Instead they were rude and degrading. I will NEVER call them again for business.

Wow, as a business owner I hate to leave reviews but when you call and speak to the owner about a concern and a MAJOR purchase that was made with his company and he hangs up on you saying it is not his fault without even having a conversation you know the type of person you are dealing with.
