Hank built us a beautiful garage. Throughout the process he communicated with us, offers suggestions with prices and continued to deliver beyond our expectations. Aaronal homes is a high-quality builder for those looking for above average products at a reasonable price. His attention to detail and follow up after completion was beyond anything I have experienced. Would highly recommend for any construction work.

In February 2025, we began exploring custom home‑building options and connected with Hank, the owner of Aaronal Homes. After touring several of his projects, we decided to move forward and provided him with a scaled sketch, a list of finishes, and a target budget of $1.15M. A few weeks later, Hank presented a preliminary estimate of $1.2M and stated that any upgrades beyond the allowances would be added at cost, without additional markup. Over the next six months, we worked with an architect and met with Hank multiple times to review progress. No concerns were raised about the budget during this period, and the final architectural plans were nearly identical in size and layout to our original sketch. I contacted hank for a quote and build 2 years ago and he constantly did not answer or even bother to reach out to me about the process. I eventually got a call with him where he stated not having any land available right now and would reach out when available. I have contacted over and over and not received even a call back. It seems if you are not willing to shed out millions of dollars to him for his overpriced quotes then he is not interested. To know that this is the same builder who is seen as the best is an over exaggeration and he only cares about money at the end of the day. Customer service is not important to him or the rest of his team who don't even bother answering calls and it's a shame they are still in business.

Quality from this builder is not what your expect for being "The Best in the Burg", do all the proper research before choosing a home builder. I would not choose this company as I know the owner, he no longer expects quality its all about the figure at the end of the day.

We spoke to a lot of builders, in the end I am glad we choose Aaronal homes! The first time we walked the model for Aaronal homes, I told my wife on the way there “we can’t afford them”. True, they can and do build very costly homes but can also meet lower budgets as well. We sat down and made a “custom” home plan (from scratch!!) with Hank and his crew. We had time issues as well due to a move for my company. Hank listened and provided invaluable feedback all along the way. Aaronal work with us and for us the whole time. They are even willing to push you back if you lean to far on design choices that might not flow with the home. They are a company built on their word, and stand by it.
