Linus Thornton and Michael and Sons provided a great service today. Linus was very professional. Linus explained to us how things work. He made excellent suggestions for our regular maintenance and upkeep of our systems. I really appreciated how he educated us about best practices as well as what we can do to make our system run more efficient.

Outstanding knowledge and professionalism, knew exactly what the problem was! New HVAC installation but electrician used 10 awg copper from 30 amp 2p breaker. Simply does not work to provide power to a 60 amp air handle. Once heat strips demand power 30 amp breaker will trip. "NO HEAT CONDITION"

Ian was amazing! Not only extremely knowledgeable on our AC/heating system, but also a really nice person. We received notice via text that he was on his way and just like the text said he was right on time. He was polite and very personable. Could not ask for more in service company. Promote this guy!
