James and Mandy were great. Communication was good and he showed up when he said he would. Fixed what I needed at a reasonable price and also gave me information to avoid this happening again. I will call them next time I need something fixed!

We spent way too long trying to repair our LG ice maker due to bad experiences with repair persons in the past. NEXT DOOR app and others had reviews for James and his company AASAP that encouraged us to try him out. He came to the house 2 days after we called. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and scheduled a return visit for the following week. He returned when promised, replaced the broken part, made sure it was functioning, and only then did he give us a bill. No hidden fees. Very friendly. We highly recommend James and AASAP.
