They installed a complete new HVAC system in a new home my company is building. This company has been top notch from the initial estimate that came when promised, to the competitive pricing, and the install. They have exceeded our expectations and will definitely be using them in the future.

Service was day after we made the call. Honestly we expected to wait a few days. Jon was prompt and professional with excellent communication. He also needed to switch out an old humidifier with one we had previously purchased. Since the furnace is older the new humidifier was designed a bit differently but Jon was able to manage and it all looks so great. We would definitely refer this company to anyone.

Angela really went the extra mile to source a part in Bloomington after hours on a Friday, and Jon and Alec installed it on a Sunday. The competitor company told us they couldn’t get the part until next week and installed the next Thursday.My mom is 90, and having her out of her house for almost a week was going to be very disruptive. I explained the situation to Angela and she stayed late to help us solve what appeared to be an insurmountable problem. She even offered to drive to Bloomington to have someone help me load the heat exchange since I needed to pick it up after hours. She was probably on the phone with us, her team, and the supply house for nearly 2 hours, all with no guarantee of getting the business. She scheduled John got here right on time and was very helpful. He explained the service my furnace needed and the price of the items. He fixed it in no time! I'm back with heat on and loving it! We had Accurate HVAC relocate our HVAC system and the work was beautiful. I am a former electrical contractor (now retired) from Chicago and can recognize fair yet quality service and installation. We had them Install a heat pump system and it works great. High winds did cause a shut down, but they came out right away honoring the warranty. Inevitable hiccup along the way, but was promptly addressed and resolved which is a huge indication of their character. Again we are new to the Pekin area and have no affiliation with them. We randomly Google searched them and have found our hvac contractor.
