Art Honeycutt is fantastic to work with. He serviced our old HVAC unit and was always honest and prompt with valuable feedback. Our old unit broke, he came out to assess and couldn't fix so he didn't even charge a service call. We were absolutely going to use him for replacement of the old unit, but his vacation coincided with our available time frame and it was 95 degrees outside so we used someone else. That was a decision full of regret. The new company wasn't as helpful with picking new unit, were caught in small fibs that make you distrust their final product, wanted to take shortcuts with wires that wouldn't have been as neat and orderly if we didn't speak up, etc. I emailed Art right away and told him we'd gladly pay him to assess. He came out and didn't charge us for advice.
