ABA is a locally owned company here in the Vancouver area. I found their information on a weekly flyer that came through with a grocery store ad. I’ve lived in my house for 10 years and I’ve never had the furnace cleaned or the vents and having gone under some renovation, the work definitely needed to be done. My phone call was answered by the owner and we discussed the process and what to expect. Their crew arrived on time and I felt that they were skilled in their jobs. ABA from the first phone call to schedule an HVAC cleaning to the very end, hand down best experience. The owner came out with a tech to clean our ductwork and it was discovered we had more going on then just needing our ducts cleaned. My husband and I had already anticipated this with things that we were experiencing in our home. David prepared and estimate for us on the spot, and gave us some availability dates if we decided to proceed. There was no charge for them to come out and assess. I also thought it was great that David said whether you go with us or not you need to address area so things don’t get any worse. Very responsive and friendly phone receptionist! I received a phone call the day prior to my appointment and two days afterwards to follow up. The service crew was efficient and respectful of our home. Overall great experience!
