This company walked off of the job without finishing it because they went bankrupt. The owner didn’t even have the decency to warn us in advance. Then he had the balls to show up at my house and try and get even more money from us knowing he wouldn’t finish the work! We were having major repairs and renovations done due to hurricane Irma damage. This company walking off the job like that left us with an unfinished house and subcontractors coming after us for money! This company also did damage to my home, pool, and personal property that cost me over $5,000 to fix. The owner refused to give us his insurance information so we could at least get them to cover the costs. To say we got screwed by this guy is an understatement. Used their services for several jobs around my house 2 years ago and was very pleased with their promptness, professionalism, and final product. Now I can't even get anyone to call me back on setting up a time and date to give an estimate for needed work. Was told today (one week after initial call) she would try to talk to them tomorrow and see if they have time to do it. I told her to forget it. I need someone that provides some customer service. Not sure if they are under different management now. . . . .
