We were told our carpet would arrive mill direct in 3-4 weeks - it arrived in 2 weeks. Wyatt, the carpet installer, did a terrific job arriving on the promised date. He removed and hauled away the old carpet and pad. He removed all doors, siliconed the hinges and removed any marks on the base boards (left by the carpet stretching). He was courteous and attentive to details. He even vacuumed before leaving! We have 2 columns separating our living and dining room; he did a great job installing the carpet around the base of the columns! Great installation!

Love the carpet center. The people who work there are always happy to help with anything. They go above and beyond what is expected, I feel. They have great products and are happy to answer any questions you may have concerning them. They also are great with tips and hints on installing these items. I highly recommend the carpet center...they are good people making an honest living. Thank you

Nice people and friendly service along with good selection of flooring products. Our flooring had been installed and looks wonderful. Tom, the installer, did a beautiful job with the floor and left our home neat and clean. We are very pleased with the finished job!

Service was friendly, informed to their product and services, prompt with coming out to measure and provide a quote for flooring. I have not yet determined if I will be using this company for final installation, but their customer service was excellent
