Flooring didn't flush with the walls leaving large gaps. Mike Pape charged me $10,000 and has refused to refund part of my money. He overcharged me $3-4,000 anyway after I spoke to other flooring contractors. Last time I tried to talk to him, he hung up on me. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
