ABC Block & Brick

I've dealt with ABC twice - once on a fairly large job in 2018, and again today on a small DIY job. On both occasions, their customer service was some the best I've experienced anywhere, through any type of business. They seem eager to understand your project and provide detailed advice, in a very kind and sincere manner. And that's been the case whether I was spending four figures or barely three figures. The products have been great, too.

ABC had great prices that beat the popular box stores and there were more in stock to choose from. I bought some pier pads from two local chain stores and ABC. What I learned is that ABC uses a heavier aggregate so their blocks were stronger. I believe the quality and price here were the best in town. Service is excellent too.

The price are great!!! BUT the lady(cashier) was having the worst attitude not only to me but also the other customer before and after me.

Joel was very helpful and worked with me to get me out of a bind finding a new production brick to coordinate with some antique brick. 24 hr turn around on material is very rare. Thanks for your assistance and treating a new customer like I have been doing business with you for years.
