ABC Block & Brick

Staff was friendly during order process and pick up. I had a special request to simply split my order of 60 pier blocks onto 2 pallets. It was written on ticket for yard person to do this. Instead they loaded 54 block on each of the 2 pallets. It was raining when I picked up my order, which I paid CASH for. I left and went home finding this error after getting home. A day later when rain quit I unloaded 60 block leaving the additional 48 on their pallet, on my trailer. Purposely doing this because there was a $20 core charge for the pallets each ($40). So being Honest and returning those extra block and asking for a CASH refund on only the Core Charges of $40. I was abruptly than told a check will be mailed from the office. ABC Block and Brick were great to work with. My house was damaged in the Rogers AR tornado and i lost a chunk of my chimney. ABC Brick worked with me so I didnt have to buy a whole pallet of bricks and got me hooked up. Garrett was an awesome guy to work with and I cant Thank ABC Block and Brick enough!

This company is horrible. The delivered core full to me when I asked for type s mortar and didn't cover it right before it rained. They say it's not their job to make sure cover status on our put anything like the blocks I ordered to make sure plastic covering doesn't blow off. On top of that the lady that called me back was incredibly rude telling me to buy more it's not their problem

Courtney in the office is spectacular. She does an amazing job keeping everything in line and takes care of the customers. We appreciate all she has done for us in the process of getting our blocks for our slab!
